Gloria, I am so sorry to hear of Donald's passing. My husband, Robert Hinson, and Donald worked together and went to the same church Robert pastored many years ago. We visited you all when we moved back from Colorado. They both enjoyed fishing. Robert passed away July 6, 2021. May God be with you and the family during this time. Nancy Hinson.

Dad, We miss you but know that you're in heaven fishing... And no pain now.. You're a great dad, I remember you taking us fishing, on the boat camping and hunting.. You taught me how to drive in your pick up truck you loved. We'll see you one day and I love you so much...Ellen

He will be missed dearly by all that knew him well. I enjoyed my short time spent with him in Sneads Ferry & the nights out flounder gigging and the days of fishing. The talks we had about the Lord & Heavenly Father will be cherished. Rest in peace my friend. Joe Chennault

We were so blessed to call Mr. Don our friend. He was kind, authentic, and generous to us, sharing great stories, fishing wisdom and all things mechanical. We will cherish our time with him forever. It was not long enough. We pray the flounder are big and the water is clear in Heaven for him. God bless and comfort Mrs. Gloria and family.
