Obituary For Donna Jean Otis

Donna Jean Otis, 62, of Jacksonville, NC, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 16, 2022. She was born on March 1, 1959 to the late James Clark and Naomi England Browning in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. Also, preceding her in death was her brother, James Browning, Jr.

Surviving Donna is her son, Michael Otis and fiancé, Danielle Fowler of Hampstead, NC; daughter, Angela Halsey of Kentucky; sister, Natalie Zavala and husband Fernando of Richlands, NC.

Donna was a loving, caring mother and sister. She had a big personality to go with her big heart. If anyone ever needed anything, Donna was always there to lend a hand. She was crazy about Elvis Presley, John Wayne (The Duke) and of course her precious Granddoggies. Her joys in life were to draw, cook and go to the beach.
