Obituary For Floyd J. Roth

Richlands, NC

Mr. Floyd J. Roth, 85, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022. A native of Orleans Parish, LA, Floyd worked with the state as an accounts payable clerk before retiring to Richlands. Entombment will be at Onslow Memorial Park. Those wishing to offer words of hope and condolences may visit https://johnsonfhnc.com/. Memorials, in lieu of flowers may be made to Operation Christmas Child PO Box 3000 Boone, NC 28607, or https://www.samaritanspurse.org/.

Floyd is survived by his step-children, Patrick Burke (Laura Ann), of McMurray, PA; John Burke (Shirley), of Richlands; Mary Burke, of Richlands; and Erin Oramous (Tony), of Mandeville, LA. He's also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

To the family, I am deeply saddened by the grief you are feeling. Knowing of God's love for you, continue to look to him when " He will wipe out every tear from our eyes, death, pain, and suffering will be no more. " - Revelation 21:3,4 He says death is an " enemy that will be brought to nothing " - 1 Corinthians 15:26 How comforting to know that this will be a thing of the past and through Christ Jesus a resurrection for our loved ones. love jrfdog@gmail.com
