Heather Janine Hirt 52, of Lucama, North Carolina passed away August 29,2021 at Wilson Medical Center. Heather was born to Francis and Diana Lucas Marsh April 5,1969 in Anchorage, Alaska. Heather’s mother Diana proceeded her in death in 2003. Left to cherish her memory is her father Francis, her sons Daniel Hirt and Jacob Hirt and her Brother Darryl Marsh. Heather will truly be missed by those around her. Heather was a single mother who was strong and worked hard to give her sons the best life. She was very caring and loved spending time with family. They often enjoyed the beach. She enjoyed being out on the boat. Searching for shells and fishing. She loved being in the ocean any way she could. They often spent time in Swansboro on the intercoastal water way. She also enjoyed planting a garden with fresh vegetables and herbs. She loved watching her hummingbirds at the feeders around the garden. Heather was simple and easy to please and just enjoyed life. She has left her family and friends with memories that they will carry in their hearts forever.
