Jacqueline “Jackie” H. Foy, 60, of Hampstead, North Carolina went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 27, 2022. Born in Fort Dix, New Jersey on March 23, 1961 to the late Robert J. and Letha Swinson Hanchey. Also, preceding Jackie in death was a brother, Bobby Hanchey.Surviving Jackie is her loving and faithful husband of 42 years, Lonnie E. Foy; 2 daughters, Robin K. Earp and husband Craig, of Norfolk, VA, and Brandy T. Foy, of Hampstead, NC; brother, Tommy Hanchey, of Rocky Mount, NC; 3 beautiful grandchildren, Shaun Austin Foy, Hannah Alexis Baker, and Niah Elizabeth Baker.Jackie was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. God and family meant more to her than anything else on this earth. She loved helping others, no matter the circumstances and was always there to lend a hand. Jackie loved life itself, but just a few things that stand out was her love for gardening, flowers, shopping, yellow roses and lilies and her four-legged fur babies, Bella, Gidget, Blue, Zoe, Dotty and Mila. Jackie was a “lady” through and through with her charm and grace. She married the love of her life, Lonnie on February 4, 1980 and never looked back as they raised their family with love and care. Although, we know that Jackie is in the arms of Jesus, we and everyone that was blessed to have known her, will miss her terribly, but she will always and forever be in our hearts.
