Jimmy Lee Justice, Jr., 67 of Jacksonville, passed away Wednesday afternoon at PAM Specialty Hospital of Rocky Mount. Jimmy was a proud Navy veteran who served his country honorably.

Services will be private per family request.

Jimmy is preceded in death by his father Jimmy Justice Sr.; and sister Robin Justice Golden. He is survived by his loving wife of over 27 years Dianna Justice; daughters Bree Johnson and husband David of Rockport, TX, Tera Shaver of Orange, TX, and Heather James and husband Joe of Dallas, TX; mother Marilyn Justice of Jacksonville; brothers Michael Justice of Jacksonville and Todd Justice of New Bern; and six beloved grandchildren.
