Joe has always been a kind caring man with a very big heart. He loved horses and when my mare had her colt surpringly in his pastor wich was truly a surprise because we thought she wasn't pregnant he beamed with happiness and excitement and couldn't wait to call me and tell me that I had a pretty lil brown and white paint. Wivh we named shylow Joe's dream in honor of Mr joe.Joe. shylow is now three years old and there wasn't a day that went by that mr Joe would walk around the pasture or even stop on the golf cart to just look at her and even talk to her.. I know I'm forever gonna miss Mr Joe and things won't be the same but everytime I look a shylow Joe's dream I will smile and think of Mr Joe and the live he had for horses..Mr Joe also loved his hunting dogs he would always stop and talk to us on the golfcart with all his pretty dogs attached to the back and tell us that this is how he keeps them in shape..he would always let us know even he was going to the mountains to hunt and we would jokingly say oh lordy now Mr Joe just go hunting and dnt come home with anymore dogs and well the next time we saw him yep you guessed it there was just one more new dog on the back of the golf cart. These are fond memories I will hold dear to my heart but mostly I will miss his kind heart and smile and our lil talks. Rest in peace! Julie gurganus

You will forever be missed!! Our families did everything together. From celebrating holidays, going on vacation, snow skiing, many weekends at the lake and Catherine lake, many pig pickings and of course attending the same church. We will take care of daddy down here and you watch over him from above. We love and miss you!! Cathy
