Obituary For Kathryn Lynn Owens
Kathryn Lynn Owens, 58 of Maple Hill went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 19, 2022. Preceding her in death was her father Stanley Owens.
Surviving Kathy is her mother, Phyllis Wooten Horne (Charles), of Richlands, NC.
Kathy was a loving daughter and friend to those who knew her. She enjoyed her alone time reading and caring for her dog. Although, she will be truly missed, knowing she is in heaven gives her family peace during this difficult time.

I'm so sorry for your families loss. I will always remember Kathy's contagious laugh and straight forward responses and that accent that she swore she never had 😂 RIP my friend 🙏💜 😇

Hello Phillis, I was Kathy's co‐worker and friends till she left Kaiser. One thing for sure she was always laughing. Although she had her stubborn ways. Everyone loved her for what she was (special) May the Lord grant you peace in your heart & soul. R.I.P. KATHY OWENS

Phyllis--I wish you peace--understanding--and to feel the love that friends are sending your way with so many prayers ! I can not imagine the hurt that you are feeling--the pain of losing a child ! I will surely miss Kathy--she was one of a kind--happy go--lucky and nothing seemed to get her down! Much sympathy to you ! No matter at what age a loved one leaves us---it always seems too soon !
