Obituary For Lillie Mae Rose Temple

Lillie Mae Rose Temple, 66, of Jacksonville, NC, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Lillie was born in Stantonsburg, NC to the late Lorenza Rose Jr and Mamie Christine Deans.

Lillie is survived by her two children, Angela McCain and Benjamin Cox (Fiancee Natalie Giles), Sister Cathy Rose and Brother Randy Haider. Lillie was a very fun loving person who enjoyed life to the fullest and had many adventures with her loved ones. Going to new places and trying new things was Lillie. She worked as a surgical technician for many years. Above all Lillie loved her family and friends. May God hold her in his arms. We will miss you.

The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life in honor of Lillie on Saturday, July 2, 2022, 1:00-4:00pm at the Courtyard by Marriott, 5046 Henderson Drive, Jacksonville North Carolina.

    Ben and Angela, I'm incredibly sorry for your loss. Lillie was an amazing woman and always treated me so kindly. Even tho I only got to meet her a couple times, each interaction I had with her was special. You will be missed by many and I'm glad I had the opportunity be in your life even tho it was a small part. I'll make sure to help keep Ben and Angela in good hands and I'm sure you will he looking down from heaven smiling at what they have become.
