Obituary For Macy Wade Propes
Macy Wade Propes went home to be with Jesus, on November 11, 2022 at the age of 95. She was residing in Premier Nursing Home Jacksonville, NC at the time.
She joins her parents Ira and Clydie Gardner Wade, brother Hubert Wade, sister Gertrude (Trudie) and her daughter Patricia Lynn Neumiller.
Macy was born on February 25, 1927 in Rocky Mount, VA. She moved in high school to Hampton, VA where she met and married Edward Holleman Propes.
She is survived by her children, Kyle Black and her husband Gerald, Richard Propes and his wife Judy, Brian Propes, John Propes and his wife Mary. She will be missed by her 8 grandchildren and great grandchildren and the staff that cared for her for many years at Premier.
She will be laid to rest at Hampton Memorial Gardens in Virginia at a later date.

Dear family, I am saddened by the grief that you are feeling. Knowing of God's embracing love for you, continue looking to him when he " will wipe all tears from our eyes, death, pain, and suffering will be no more.
