Obituary For Samuel N. Meals
Samuel Nelson Meals passed away Monday, June 20, 2022, at age 96, in Jacksonville, NC. Predeceased by his wife, Gretchen (Pike) Meals. He is survived by his children, Terry Meals, Dawn (Trey Brown) Wright, Diane (John) Choromanskis; grandchildren, Brandon (Tonya) Berridge, Deanna Wright, Alicia Iacchetta, Michael Iacchetta; great grandchildren, Vanessa, Valerie, Mariana, Sloane, Estevan and Albere; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call WEDNESDAY from 5-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Thursday, June 30, friends are invited to attend his funeral services at 1:00PM at Hope Lutheran Church, 1301 Vintage Lane. Interment, Parma Union Cemetery. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Onslow County Senior Center, 4024 Richlands Highway, Jacksonville, NC 28540 in his memory.
