Obituary For Stanley George Simchick, Jr.

Stanley George Simchick, Jr., 76, beloved husband of Beverly Halquist Simchick, of Richlands, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at the Naval Medical Center, Camp Lejeune. Born in Ridgeway, PA, March 20, 1945, a son of the late Stanley G. Simchick, Sr., and the late Waltrude Kazmierski Simchick, he served in the United States Marine Corps until his retirement. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church of Jacksonville. Besides his wife Beverly. He is survived by his children, Ronald Simchick, Frances Mayhew, Emalu Eby, Joan Campbell, and Lori Jean Kerns; his brothers, Dick and John Simchick, 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his Wife Frances Jean Swanson Simchick; sisters Joan Simchick, Eileen Chilcott, Susan Odom, Betty Jane Lindbeck, Louise "Patty" Goodreau, Beatrice Cherry, Frances Nashadka, Constance Kennedy, Rose Marie Terry, Jean and Regina Simchick. Funeral services will be held 12:30 p.m. Monday, September 20, 2021, at the Trinity United Methodist Church, 301 Marine Blvd. in Jacksonville. Inurnment, with military honors, will be in the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, in care of, Philips Park Laundry Ministry, 301 Marine Blvd. Jacksonville, NC 28546. Arrangements are under the direction of the Johnson Funeral Home 210 West Hargett St., Richlands. Condolences may be left by clicking the "condolence" tab above
