Obituary For Terry Lee Rogers

Terry Lee Rogers, 37 of Maple Hill went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, May 16, 2022. He was born on September 10, 1984 to Terry Dwayne Rogers, of Nine Mile, and Lori Harper Colon, of Jacksonville.
Also, surviving Terry are his children, Terry Lee Rogers, Jr., of Nine Mile, NC, Blake Lee Rogers, of Maple Hill, NC, Harper Ray Rogers, of Tavares, FL, and Natalie Rogers, of Nine Mile, NC; stepfather, Anthony Colon, of Jacksonville, NC; brothers, Kyle A. Colon, of Jacksonville, NC; sisters, Contussia L. Rogers, of Goldsboro, NC, Kayla M. Colon, of Fayetteville, NC, Alisa Rogers, of Richlands, NC, Ashley Rogers, of Richlands, NC, and Brittany Rogers, of Richlands, NC; grandparents, Marvin and Emily Swinson, of Maple Hill, NC and Ray and Bonnie Rogers, of Nine Mile, NC
Terry was an incredibly kind and giving man who loved the Lord. He was an amazing father, son, brother and friend. His children meant everything to Terry. He loved working with his hands and his care and compassion for others lead him to help anyone that needed it. Terry always saw the good in people. He felt most at home and at peace when he was looking out over the ocean fishing. Although our loss is great, we know that Terry is with God in heaven. He will surely be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Bethany Baptist Church, 1077 Nine Mile Road, Richlands, NC 28574.
