Jacksonville, NC Mrs. Virginia Stevens Steen, 80, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021. A lifelong resident of Onslow County, Virginia was the last surviving child of Robert W. and Rosa Lee Jacobs Stevens. Sadly, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Robert Lee, Marvin, Sim, Rosa Mae, Gladys, Ruby, and Evelyn; along with her husband, James A. Steen, and her son, Doug Marshburn. Virginia was a beautician for most of her life and enjoyed being with her family. The family will receive friends 6-8:00 PM, Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Johnson Funeral Home in Jacksonville. Williams (Carol), of Jacksonville; Greg Marshburn, of San Diego, CA; and her step-son, Johnny Steen, of Virginia. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Lynsay Williams, Stacey Thomas, Alyss Marshburn, Eddy Marshburn, Kathleen Kohler, Isabella Bennett, Aaron Tagg, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
