I am so sorry for your loss. I thought the world of Bill. He and I served together at New River back in the '70's. He traveled to Virginia to be the photographer for my wedding. Such a good and selfless friend.

Our sincerest and deepest sympathies go out to Cindy and Bill's family. I have known Bill for 45 years and was in utter shock to learn of his passing. He was an outstanding Marine, an extremely talented technician and great photographer. Above all that he was a devoted family man and was proud of his son and daughter always telling me whenever we spoke on the phone about their accomplishments. He was a great friend and he will be sorely missed. Semper Fidelis Bill. Our sincerest condolences. Bill and Marianne Silman
